ASSOCIATE

Derron is one of four Associates helping to lead the firm. After starting his career in environmental engineering, Derron joined MJM Architects when he moved to Nashville from Peoria, IL in 1994. His experience here has found himself involved in a full range of projects including FedEx Ground distribution facilities, various office buildings, large retail complexes and some residential. His main responsibility for the past twenty years has been project team management for more than 1000 stores throughout the Southeast for a Seattle based coffee retailer. These projects ranged from mall kiosks to tenant up-fits to renovations of existing stores to complex conversions in multi-story office buildings. He currently manages a capable team of individuals developed specifically to serve any client’s needs with diligence and on-time delivery. Derron has recently become a licensed Architect in the State of Maryland.
