The standard services provided by MJM Architects for the AFC Franchisee partners have been predetermined by AFC Corporate. Given our design professionals' vast knowledge of building code and construction services, many of our clients request our assistance with lease negotiations, permit expediting services, enhanced construction administration, or post-construction services - services not currently included in the AFC Corporate contract.
