Job Description:
As we continue to grow and take on new projects, we have an immediate need for an Architectural Project Manager to join our team and help lead multiple small to midsize projects from kickoff through completion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, balancing several projects at once, and serving as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams. You’ll lead schedules, budgets, and scope while staying closely involved in day-to-day coordination, communication, and documentation to keep projects moving smoothly.

Responsibilities
Direct and manage work to deliver projects efficiently and effectively, maintaining high productivity and adhering to company culture, goals, policies, and procedures
Lead due diligence, design, construction documents, and construction administration through completion within budget and schedule, preparing code reviews, COMchecks, and other required documentation to support design and permitting
Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating staffing needs with VPs/Associates and communicating challenges or client-driven changes to their supervisor
Manage and mentor assigned Project Coordinators as applicable
Serve as the primary point of contact and coordination with clients and consultants regarding scope, schedule, delivery, and quality, responding promptly to communications
Issue deliverables to clients, landlords, and vendors; manage bidding and permitting; and respond to RFIs and code comments
Conduct building surveys, site visits, and issue reports as appropriate to the project type
Review shop drawings and submittals during construction
Identify change requests from clients or consultants, review with the supervisor, and prepare Additional Service Requests for approval
Maintain quality assurance standards to promote consistency, best practices, and client satisfaction, proactively escalating any issues beyond authority to a supervisor
Assist with preparation of proposals, scopes of work, and project schedules as needed
Qualifications
Five or more years of professional experience in architecture or related AEC practice
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Licensure preferred, but not required
Demonstrated experience managing projects, including scheduling, coordination, and delivery responsibilities
Strong technical knowledge with experience in code review, construction document production, quality control, and construction administration
Ability to work independently on construction documents with strong organization and self-management skills
Effective problem-solving skills and sound technical judgment
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite, or similar project tools
