We’re hiring a Construction Administrator to oversee construction phase coordination—particularly for MEP systems—while supporting architectural scopes as needed. This mid-level role requires field knowledge, strong organization, and the ability to connect teams across the build process.

What You’ll Do
Conduct site visits and prepare field observation reports
Review MEP-focused submittals and shop drawings for design intent
Track RFIs and coordinate responses with in-house engineers and architects
Monitor installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Support change order review and punch list generation
Attend job site meetings and communicate with contractors and consultants
What Is Required
5+ years of construction administration or field coordination experience
Background in MEP systems required (HVAC/electrical/plumbing)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (optional)
Strong communication and document management skills
Familiarity with Bluebeam, Revit, and general construction workflows
